U2 – A New Format for Training
Along with sessions in on-line classes, IBM offers an appealing teaching method. The lessons always start on time, but occur where you are.
For the “IBM UniVerse Fundamentals” course and others, you no longer need to travel to Stains (GB) or San Jose (USA). There is very little difference between taking your lessons at home or in a Starbucks café. Currently, IBM offers 35 different classes in Information Management on-line, which are led by top instructors. The participants only need to pay the training fee and invest the actual time in the course and their own learning. The savings in travel expenses can quickly exceed the fees for participations. The advantages in terms of time and finances are considerable for these reasons.
In the end, the participant only needs a fast Internet connection. The course material is delivered after registration by E-Mail. At the same time, clients are made available, which are easily installed. For the lesson, the participants connect with the virtual class and follow the lesson audio-visually and interactively.
During the course, the participants can continuously access the test environment day or night in order to reinforce and consolidate their training. The instructor will accompany and support these practice sessions. More information and direct course registration is available from www.ibm.com/software/data/education/ilo.html.
