Our services are invoiced according to the amount of time required. Each request for support will be invoiced at an hourly rate of CHF 200.00, with a minimum charge for 30 minutes (CHF 100.00).
Support can only be provided for requests made by means of the online form created for this purpose. A customer support representative will contact you after the receipt of your request as soon as possible.
