When requesting support, please fill in an online support form. For this purpose we ask you to click on the respective product in the list below.
A customer support representative will contact you after the receipt of your request as soon as possible.
Our services are invoiced according to the amount of time required. Each request for support will be invoiced at an hourly rate of CHF 200.00, with a minimum charge for 30 minutes (CHF 100.00).
