Netop Mobile & Embedded allows you to receive or provide help when you are on the move, whenever you need and wherever you are.
Using a Netop Guest that is installed mobile or on the Helpdesk, you can provide remote maintenance for any Netop Host, be it permanently installed or mobile.
Using the simple “Help Request” function, the mobile user establishes a connection to his or her Helpdesk via telecommunications infrastructure, Internet, firewall and corporate network. This connection is then used for remote support in the reverse direction. As soon as the mobile Host is docked to a computer with a known address, the Guest can also take control of the mobile device even without Help Request.
Fast, stable and secure
The remote control connection that also allows text-based chat is as stable as the relevant wireless link of the mobile device. Traditionally, Netop also attaches great importance to secure connections, also ensured on Netop Mobile by support for the Netop Security Server on the one hand and by time-proven end-to-end encryption on the other. Netop is also a byword for outstanding performance, be it mobile or fixed, even in the case of narrow-band connections.
